Harvest has officially begun

Vanileco has started harvesting green vanilla beans.

This year, the harvest in our plantations began earlier than usual.

The first signs of mature beans appeared sooner because the flowering and pollination peak happened earlier in the season.

From pollination to full maturity, vanilla beans typically require about 9 months. This is the natural timeline we follow - not the calendar date.

By tracking flowers precisely and respecting this cycle, we begin harvesting only when the beans are truly matured - ensuring quality from the very first step.
