We’re reaching the end of this season’s green vanilla harvest.
At VANILECO, we follow a clear principle: we only pick fully matured beans.
Patience pays off – ripeness is the key to natural aroma, deep flavor, and the highest quality.
Right after harvesting, we move to the next crucial step – vanilla scalding (curing) – where the true character of the bean begins to unfold. Stay tuned as we’ll share more about this process soon.
